After the client approves the accurate 3D model, we prepare construction drawings and comprehensive notes that can be easily utilized by an experienced general contractor. Additionally, we provide lists of items to purchase and offer installation recommendations if necessary.

Project Management.
Upon completing the project development phase, we provide comprehensive project management services. This includes close collaboration with the building department to ensure the approval of plans and drawings for construction. We establish a strong working relationship with the general contractor, suppliers, and stores to ensure the accurate execution of the plans and proper installation of furniture and other elements.
Throughout the construction process, we diligently manage any last-minute changes or corrections that may arise, ensuring seamless coordination among all stakeholders. Our goal is to strive for timely project completion, aligning with the desired timeline whenever feasible.
