Our collaborative team consists of project managers, architects, builders from New York, and Ukrainian architects, designers, and render artists. Together, we bring our diverse skills and perspectives to every project for a fresh and innovative approach. We offer comprehensive services that cover all aspects of the design and construction process.


In early 2022, a war broke out in Ukraine, leaving a group of young local architects and interior designers facing a new kind of crisis: most of their existing projects were shutting down. For women and their children, this also meant evacuation and temporary refugee status. At the same time, a group of entrepreneurs from Hudson Valley were seeking a team to assist them with project development and design for a stunning abandoned Mid Century Motel.

The two unlikely groups connected on social media and decided to collaborate. They saw huge success and both teams were thrilled with the outcome, which led them to launch Kazka.

Kazka, which means "fairytale" in Ukrainian, offers interior design, architecture, and project management services for both residential and commercial spaces in New York and New Jersey. Their team of global designers and architects collaborate with on-the-ground designers and project managers in New York to help turn your ideas into fully finished, functional and stunning spaces.

    Victoria Nelson is a skilled project manager with extensive experience in managing the design, architecture, materials, and furniture sourcing, as well as the construction of both residential and commercial projects in New York. Her journey began with the successful management of a gut renovation of her own country home in Upstate NY and evolved into overseeing the development of a large-scale hospitality project.

    Olesia comes from a lineage of furniture makers in Ukraine and has inherited her passion for design and furniture-making. She specializes in creating interiors that are functional and comfortable, as well as crafting light and exquisite furniture.

    Olesia is well versed in new and traditional furniture styles and is an expert in building custom-made furniture using a wide range of materials. She has a keen eye for detail and is highly skilled in creating built-in furniture that maximizes space efficiency.
