The Terrace Motel Grounds and Exterior

The Terrace Motel was the inaugural project that the Kazka team took on as a collaborative group. This comprehensive gut renovation project involved transforming an abandoned mid-century motel in Upstate NY into a breathtaking space that spans 8 acres of land. The completed project includes a wide range of amenities, such as a swimming pool, co-working space, restaurant, sauna and spa, 28 rooms for accommodations, a reception area, and parking for up to 92 vehicles.

The overarching goal of the project was to create the ultimate Upstate NY playground, designed to entertain and host a millennial clientele like no other resort.
